Ms. Garcia is the Instructional Coach at Manuel Jara. She has 29 years of experience as an educator from Los Angeles County in California. She is a native Texan and was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene,Texas. She looks forward to supporting and mentoring teachers to achieve the mission of having EVERY child reading on grade level and be college and career ready.
