FWISD Employees Are Invited to Bring the Family to the Creators Wanted Tour on a Special Night
A 53-foot-trailer designed to educate and inspire students across the country about the future of manufacturing jobs is creating a lot of excitement and fun on its stop in Fort Worth.
It’s the Creators Wanted Tour, and Thursday night, Dec. 2, 5-7 p.m. has been set aside as Fort Worth ISD Family Night, a time for District employees and their families to experience this exciting, educational adventure.
The location is Tarrant County College – South Campus, 5301 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76119. Families planning to attend are asked to RSVP atCreators Wanted Dallas/Ft. Worth Family Night.
Families will especially enjoy an escape-room like challenge where they will compete against the clock to bust myths, solve riddles, and crack codes as they work their way through multiple rooms. There will be plenty of other games, food trucks, and more!
The tour is the largest campaign by the U.S. manufacturing industry to build tomorrow’s workforce. It’s a joint effort by the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and The Manufacturing Institute. The trailer has landed at TCC South for four days, closing on Dec.3.
