Taking a break
Having a good school- or work-life balance is key for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Here are some fun (and often cheap or free) activities that you can do with family or friends. Note: Please follow all pandemic-related safety guidelines, and ensure that you have parental permission before you start making plans.

Reaching out
Sometimes, life gets too difficult for us to handle it all on our own. That's normal, and there's no shame in it. If you need immediate help, dial 911 or contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988. Your TABS counselor is also available to help you through difficult times. Contact information can be found on the TABS counseling page. Please, if you're struggling, don't go it alone.
