    Hello, I'm Mrs. Beltran and I'm the Administrative Assistant here at De Zavala Elementary. I have a Teacher Assistant Certification from Tarrant County College.  My dream vacation is to see the Aurora Borealis, the Northern Lights! I spend my free time with my family watching movies and going out to eat.

    Mrs. Ortega - Family Engagement Specialist

    My name is Diana Ortega! I am so excited about being the Family Engagement Specialist at De Zavala Elementary. I have been a Social Emotional Facilitator and mentor for families and children for 5 years in the community.

    I am passionate about creating a safe and inclusive environment for our students and their families.

    Mrs. Volberg - School Nurse

    Hello Eagles! I am proud to be your school nurse for another wonderful year! For those that don't know, I have been a school nurse for the FWISD since 2018, and have been a certified pediatric nurse for fifteen years.  My focus each school year is to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for each one of our students.  Please notify me if you have any medical or health-related information to share, or anything you feel I need to know here at school.
