Mission Statement

The Steers in Black club is to help students in 9th through 12th grade engage in community works, give back to the school, and gain important leadership skills. 

Goals

* To motivate students in deepening their concepts of leadership while studying effective leaders

* To strengthen students critical thinking skills and reinforce problem solving with tasks and activities

* To stimulate a personal leadership styles and strengths, while also reflecting on the purpose of leadership
