Hello! I am Mrs. Guadian and this will be my seventh year at Westcliff.  I grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from UTA.  I have been married for 11 years.  My husband and I have 3 children.  We have TWIN girls named Emma and Sophia, who will be 2 soon, and a son named Efrain.  He is also a Westcliff Wrangler! 

I knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was in first grade.  I am so excited about this school year.  My goal is to help students believe in themselves and achieve great things.  This is going to be a great year and I cannot wait.

Hello! My name is Karla Paredes and this is my 13th year teaching, I've been teaching at Westcliff for 11 of those years. I teach 3rd grade Dual Language Math and Science. I grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington. Me and my husband have 3 beautiful children and a dog and a cat. We love being a part of the Westcliff family and can't wait for another exciting year!

Hello! My name is Erika Pantoja, and I was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas (wreck 'em Tech!) I graduated from West Texas A&M University with my Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I love spending my free time with my family and my dog! I am so excited to be a part of the Westcliff family and am looking forward to a great school year!
